About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its leadership team in a highly strategic role. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, driving financial strategy, business performance, and long-term growth. Responsibilities for the VP of Finance include leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, cash flow planning, board reporting, and providing support for M&A activities. The role demands a professional with a strong background in business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to translate financial data into insights that guide strategic decisions. The VP of Finance will also be a trusted advisor, playing a pivotal role in enhancing visibility, accountability, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance. Experience in supporting executive leadership, boards, or PE stakeholders is essential, and a background in professional services, consulting, or PE-backed companies is required. A CPA qualification is also a must. The role is suited to a finance executive who is adept at cross-functional decision support and is prepared to take on the challenges of a dynamic and growing organization.
