How you'll make an impact

• Project Manager and primary day-to-day contact for clients.
• Work with team to complete review of contracts and plan documents / summaries / SBCs.
• Assist with implementation of new vendors, benefits and services.
• Interact directly with clients and respond to client requests, develop strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings with Director and Principal, as requested.
• Draft letters, reports and presentations for review and approval by the Director and Principal.
• Interact with vendors regarding their services and product offerings on behalf of clients.
• Expand knowledge base regarding health and welfare service as well as services offered by other Gallagher practices.
• Perform special projects or assignments as instructed by Director and Principal, or supervisor.
• Display strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to articulate complex concepts
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills Actively participate in client meetings to gather information, establish needs, clarify expectations, develop strategy, and obtain feedback
• Contribute to advancement of the firm by sharing best practices
• Network within Gallagher demonstrating support and respect of peers
• Participate in mentorship program, continually focusing on developmental opportunities
• Demonstrate knowledge of the market and competitors, and what sets Gallagher apart
• Achieve annual billable hour goals

About You

Required

• College graduate
• Minimum 5 years of health and welfare consulting experience
• Proficient in funding methods (fully insured, self-insured)
• Excellent communication and team building skills

Preferred

• CEBS or similar credentials

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
