Service Coordinator / Account Manager

Job Description Job Description Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate need in our client support services for a Service Coordinator/Account Manager.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ensures quality, timely and efficient service is delivered to the client.
Dispatches service requests and Requests For Proposals to vendors.
Manages service requests from start to finish.
Locate new vendors consistent with company policy.
Reviews and approves vendor invoices.
Support special projects as needed.
Schedule Preventive Maintenance services with vendors and sites.
Coordinate projects with outside vendors/contractors.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC is preferred, but not required.
Has superior written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to establish relationships with vendors and client representatives.
Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
This individual should be self-motivated and a quick learner.
