You'll mentor them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and problem-solving while helping them develop independence, confidence, and executive function. What You Will Be Doing Leading interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction Mentoring students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning Using platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time Collaborating with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences Creating a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow What You Won’t Be Doing Core academic subjects are off your plate entirely; those are handled by adaptive AI tutors Delivering scripted lectures or managing a traditional classroom model Grading worksheets, assigning homework, or preparing standardized lesson plans Virtual Student Mentor Key Responsibilities Support student growth and life readiness by leading transformative, real-world learning experiences within a hybrid, fully virtual school model.
