Entry-Level Remote Health Plan Coordinator

New Paradigm Staffing

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Health Plan Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping patients navigate benefits and healthcare services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and patient communication in a remote environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist patients with understanding benefits or coverage
Document interactions and updates in internal systems
Help coordinate services, referrals, or resources
Communicate with payers to obtain information
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
