This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional patient care is the priority.

Financial Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Submit and monitor insurance claims.
• Resolve claim issues and insurance denials.
• Manage patient payment plans and in-house financing.
• Review upcoming schedules to verify insurance and account balances.
• Assist with collections on past-due accounts while maintaining excellent patient relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental or orthodontic office experience preferred
• Experience with dental insurance and treatment presentation is a plus
• Strong computer and customer service skills
