We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for window and roofing consultations. Responsibilities Contact homeowners by phone using company-provided leads Build positive relationships with prospective customers Qualify potential customers and identify project needs Schedule appointments for window and roofing consultations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the scheduling process Meet daily and weekly performance goals Qualifications 3–5 years of call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience Strong outbound calling and lead generation background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone presence and active listening skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners Strong organizational and database management skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Can speak both in English and Spanish is a plus.
