Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will encompass:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients while providing a collaborative environment for both couples and family therapy.

• Creating and implementing customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing on issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage growth and healing, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and systemic family therapy approaches.

• Assessing clients’ progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care addressing both physical and mental health concerns.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will serve a diverse client base including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with a range of challenges.
