Senior Project Manager - Oncology (US/Canada)

Senior Project Manager position overseeing oncology clinical trials from initiation through closeout at a global CRO. Manages technical, financial, and operational aspects while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client expectations for quality, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trials from startup through closeout
• Coordinate with functional area leads to identify issues, evaluate data, and implement solutions
• Ensure project deliverables align with customer time, quality, and cost expectations
• Manage project budgets and secure successful trial completion
• Travel as needed to support project requirements

Requirements

• 6–7 years industry experience; minimum 5 years in clinical project management at a CRO
• Proven oncology project management experience required
• Life science degree (university or college) preferred
• Strong project budgeting and financial management knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively under demanding conditions

Compensation: $128,500–$254,500 base annually
