We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Business Analyst to support this engagement. Job Summary

All IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a client engagement.

Responsibilities

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to)
• Validate solution design
• From a business perspective and take a leadership role in validating business processes/requirements for departments
• Plan, facilitate, and document
• Requirements validation workshops, meetings, and interviews
• Support system configuration
• With the client, including
• User security settings
• Guide and assist with data cleansing/conversion, identify gaps with the new data structure, capture
• Migration rules, mappings, and validation requirements
• Write test cases aligned to requirements, lead internal and client testing, document defects, validate fixes, and support
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• (including mentoring/coaching client participants)
• Partner with business stakeholders and the Change Management team to support business process change activities and training support
• Produce and finalize standard project artifacts such as
• Use cases
• Requirements documents
• Fit-gap analysis
• Business process models
• User guides for new/enhanced system functionality
• Support additional project deliverables/tasks as requested by the Project Manager
• Business analysis
• Lead workshops
• Drive consensus across stakeholders
• Strong documentation skills (requirements, process models, use cases, workflows)
• Data migration
• Concepts (mapping, cleansing, validation)
• Testing efforts
• (test cases, execution support, defect tracking, UAT support)

Required Qualifications

• T4/C2C both are fine Experience Level Level 2: 7+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
