Summary:

As a Shipping Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to assist in loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring efficient and accurate movement of goods. You will work closely with the warehouse staff and logistics team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet shipping deadlines. The ideal candidate should have physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Ensure all transports are prepared in a timely manner.
• Consolidate onsite merchandise for the same customer order from different small bulk pallets if needed.
• Follow safety codes and conduct.
• Keep the loading dock and area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Take photos of all inbound and outbound shipments for record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with other parties via emails, and phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

• 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able to operate electric pallet jack or standing forklift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

• This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.

Working Conditions:

• This job is performed in an environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors associated with food production.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Location: 2931 Faber St, Union City 94587
• Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Available to work on flexible schedules, such as weekends and holidays as necessary.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $18 and $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. 作为仓库装卸员，您的主要职责是协助装卸货物、整理库存，并确保货品高效且准确地流转。您将与仓库员工和物流团队紧密合作，维持顺畅的工作流程并按时完成发货。理想的候选人需具备体力耐力、细心的工作态度，以及在快节奏环境下工作的能力。

工作职责:

• 装卸卡车和拖车货物
• 确保运输工作按时完成
• 如有需要，将同一客户订单的不同小批量托盘货物进行合并
• 遵守安全守则和行为规范
• 保持装卸区及周边区域整洁
• 对所有进出货物拍照存档
• 通过邮件和电话与相关方进行有效沟通
• 完成管理层交办的其他任务

任职资格:

• 1年以上仓库工作经验（优先）
• 能操作电动托盘车或站立式叉车
• 能在快节奏的团队环境中工作
• 在美国具有合法工作身份（无需雇主担保）

身体要求:

• 需长时间站立或行走
• 能搬运最高50磅（约23公斤）的货物
• 能进行重复性动作
• 能使用工具和设备，包括但不限于刀具、开箱器、电动托盘车和其他重型机械

工作环境:

• 该岗位工作环境可能会接触到高温、噪音及食品生产相关的其他环境因素
