A mail order compounding pharmacy specializing in digital dispensing of non-insurance medications is seeking 2-3 Staff Pharmacists for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Mason, OH. This role involves supporting a newly secured contract by verifying and dispensing medications primarily composed of generics, with some brand and specialty products. The pharmacy serves all 50 states plus DC, offering a unique environment for pharmacists interested in mail order and compounding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify sterile compounded medications accurately and efficiently.
• Handle provider and patient calls as necessary to ensure high-quality service.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced workflow and collaborate effectively with team members to manage volume fluctuations.
• Participate in Saturday rotations as volume increases.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in Ohio.
• Preferably, candidates with prior sterile compounding experience.
• Retail pharmacists with strong non-sterile compounding backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent adaptability and teamwork skills to manage high-volume operations.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• Possible Saturday rotations based on workload.
