Human Resources Generalist

Join our client's team on a contract basis, supporting healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking an HR Generalist with healthcare experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully onsite and contract role in Maitland, FL. Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and new-hire processes for healthcare professionals Serve as an HR resource for employee relations, process I9, policy guidance, and workplace concerns Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and leave-of-absence programs Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies and employment laws Partner with managers on performance, employee engagement, and workforce-related matters Support HR projects and initiatives for a nationwide workforce Qualifications: 2+ years of HR Generalist experience Healthcare HR experience is a plus Experience with employee relations, I9, FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and leave administration Experience supporting high-volume employee populations Experience working with international nursing professionals is highly preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Benefits: Ascendo Resources offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
