AYANA Hospitality is proudly seeking a Mandarin Guest Relation Officer (Native) for our stunning AYANA Komodo resort. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing the overall guest experience for our Mandarin-speaking clientele. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay.
Responsibilities
Welcome Mandarin-speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized check-in experience
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively and promptly
Provide detailed information about resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions in Mandarin
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements and preferences
Handle guest complaints professionally, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future visits
Assist with arrangements for special requests, events, and activities
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
Native fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
