Essential Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and therapy for school-aged children
• Ability to tailor communication strategies for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy for students K-8
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement IEPs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding communication disorders and best practices
• Assist in creating positive and inclusive classroom environments to foster student success
