Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, effective communicator, and team player

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions based on student needs and IEP goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations to monitor progress and update plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive communication environments
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
• Maintain clear, up-to-date records and documentation according to state, federal, and school guidelines
• Educate staff and families on communication disorders and effective support strategies
