About the Role: Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Learning Manager (West Region) to lead learning and development across our Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role leads learning strategy and execution at scale — owning a regional portfolio of sites, building and developing a high-performing learning team, and driving network-wide programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
