We're Hiring: Temporary Talent Services Coordinator | Bilingual Spanish & English Required | The Ava Hotel At The Ava Hotel we believe that when our team members feel supported, our guests feel it too, and right now, we're looking for a Talent Services Coordinator to help us take care of the talented individuals who make The Ava experience what it is. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a hospitality environment, and wants to make an immediate impact. What You'll Do Serve as a key point of contact and resource for team members across hotel departments Support onboarding, scheduling coordination, and day-to-day HR/talent operations Assist and Execute our Team Member Appreciation Plan Maintain accurate team member records and assist with talent administration What We\'re Looking For Prior experience in a hospitality setting (hotel, resort, restaurant, or related field) A warm, people-first approach and strong interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive team member matters Familiarity with HR or talent coordination functions is a plus Location: The Ava Hotel Pay: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience #HospitalityJobs #NowHiring #HotelJobs #TalentCoordinator #TheAvaHotel #HRJobs #TemporaryWork #J-18808-Ljbffr
