Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that allow clients to share their stories, foster connections, and learn from one another through structured activities and open discussions.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer one-on-one counseling tailored to each client’s unique experiences and aspirations. This will involve exploring their thoughts and feelings, helping them develop effective coping mechanisms, and setting actionable goals.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with our clinic’s holistic approach.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to measure client outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective progress.

• Working Within a Multidisciplinary Team: Communicate and coordinate regularly with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to client care, discussing complex cases and sharing insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By fostering a safe therapeutic environment, you will guide clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving their personal goals, ultimately paving the way for lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• At least one year of relevant clinical experience working with youth and young adults.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.

• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
