We are seeking a limited number of great elementary teachers to join us for the 2026-27 school year. At FCA, we are committed to results. We know that all children are capable of greatness. You will have direct access to decision-makers and can contribute in a meaningful way to important school decisions. FOUR DAY SCHOOL WEEK Our school is a four day a week campus. This means students will go to school four days a week, Monday-Thursday. Once a month, our staff will meet on Friday for professional development and extra planning time. Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver fast-paced, engaging lessons in a direct instruction model. Maintain excellent classroom management. Communicate frequently with parents. Attend weekly PLC meetings and Staff Meetings. Participate in student pick-up or drop-off, as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified applicants must: Have an NV teacher's certificate for Early Childhood or Elementary. Be open to frequent coaching and feedback.
