Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily provide services to stable, low-acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in implementing changes that positively influence their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant counseling discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current, state-issued counseling license allowing independent practice (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or provisional licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a strong empathetic nature to effectively connect with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with video conferencing tools for delivering remote sessions.

• Access to a computer with a webcam and reliable internet service to conduct sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience.

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include:
