Established National Insurance Defense Firm Seeking Associate Attorney - Multiple U.S. OfficesA well-established national firm with a longstanding insurance defense and coverage practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This Associate would have experience handling insurance coverage analysis, defense litigation, and business/commercial disputes on behalf of insurer and corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to work across a national platform with sophisticated coverage and litigation matters while benefiting from a deep bench of subject matter experts.Offer:$110,000 - $150,000+ base salary, contingent on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureHealth insurance, dental, and vision coverage401k with employer matchHybrid remote flexibilityStandard billable-hour requirementQualifications:2-5+ years of experience in insurance defense, coverage, and business/commercial litigationExperience drafting coverage opinions and analyzing policy languageStrong general litigation skills, including depositions and discoveryActive Bar license in good standing in the relevant jurisdictionJuris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolResponsibilities:Managing a caseload of insurance defense and coverage matters, including business and commercial disputesDrafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declinationsConducting depositions, legal research, and drafting motions and pleadingsRepresenting clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediationsAdvising insurer and corporate clients on risk assessment and case strategyCollaborating with partners and senior attorneys on complex coverage and litigation matterFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
