Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Specialist to support HR operations through accurate data management and employee support functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of HR systems, supporting payroll-related processes, and assisting with ongoing system and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Audit timesheets and pay-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance Enter, update, and maintain employee records within the HCM system Process retroactive pay adjustments as needed Respond to and resolve employee pay inquiries in a timely and professional manner Manage and resolve HR-related cases through a case management system Assist with data clean-up and preparation efforts for system implementation projects Ensure data integrity across multiple HR platforms and tools Qualifications Experience in payroll, benefits, or wage and hour support preferred Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service across all levels of an organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-motivated with a positive, adaptable mindset High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility to work weekends as needed Weekday time off will be provided to offset weekend hours Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
