Leadership: The Marketing Manager provides leadership and direction to a team of specialists to ensure the successful execution of various retention marketing initiatives. This requires providing feedback, coaching, and training to optimize the team performance.
Problem Solving: The Marketing Manager has the skill to solve problems to address challenges related to the marketing function.
Collaboration: The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to enhance the user experience and advance products and services.
Project Management: Effective Project Management capabilities enable the Marketing Manager to execute product and partnership initiatives, manage the process, identify potential bottlenecks, and adapt strategies as needed to drive business growth and success within the gaming industry. Ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and according to predefined quality standards.
Partner Engagement: Proactively engaging with external partners and stakeholders to understand their needs, align on mutual goals, and cultivate strong working relationships that support successful gaming partnerships.
Marketing Communications: The Marketing Manager assists in managing marketing communications, ensuring that all campaigns and customer interventions align with product relevance and regional opportunities. They work to maintain brand and product proposition across communication channels while considering user experience in promotional offers and content. Effectively communicating with external partners to convey the company's value proposition, product offerings, and partnership opportunities, while also listening to partner feedback and addressing their concerns.
Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective strategies for gaming partnerships to drive business growth and success within the gaming industry.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory, compliance, and licensing information relevant to gaming projects and products to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
