Employment Litigation Attorney

And we are looking for more people to join us. Clientis looking to hire an Employment Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of employment litigation experience. Who are we? What we are looking for: Attorney with 3–5 years of employment litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in civil rights issues Eager to join a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive team Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Capable of independently handling every aspect of plaintiff-side employment litigation and balancing multiple responsibilities at once Excellent research and writing skills Outstanding communication skills for both teamwork and client-facing duties JD from an accredited ABA law school; strong academic background highly valued Admitted to practice law in DC, MD, and/or VA Expectations: Attorneys are expected to perform a minimum of 35 billable hours per week, which can include up to 3 hours of administrative time for CLEs, mentoring time that is not case-specific, and other opportunities to get involved in management of the firm. Each attorney is responsible for handling multiple cases at once and managing deadlines, both independently and collaboratively with other attorneys and/or support staff.
