Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and oversee clinical care for a caseload of patients, employing proficiency in assessments and treatment planning.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, offering tailored interventions that meet each patient's unique psychological needs.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and document findings within digital records, ensuring continuity of care and progress monitoring.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans by actively collaborating with patients and their families to achieve meaningful resolutions.

• Address crisis situations with expertise, employing advanced clinical skills to provide immediate therapeutic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required, with preference given to those with a Master's degree or higher.

• Applicants must hold appropriate licensure, including LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, to practice in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses up to $2,000 depending on state licensure. Full-time positions come with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance. Additional benefits include:
