The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. As part of a large team, this position involves managing guest interactions, handling reservations, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service from check-in through check-out. The Front Desk Agent also coordinates with housekeeping and supports overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service
