Zing Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to candidates and clients, helping organizations solve hiring challenges while guiding candidates through important career decisions. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing through placement, onboarding, and retention. Whether working remotely, in a hybrid environment, or from one of our offices, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and creating long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. $55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Work Arrangement Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite Opportunities Available Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do As a Recruiter, your primary focus will be building relationships, delivering exceptional communication, and creating successful hiring outcomes for candidates and clients. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job order intake through placement and retentionPartner with hiring managers and clients to understand business objectives, hiring needs, and position requirementsDevelop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talentRecruit candidates using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and social mediaConduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate experience, skills, career goals, and cultural fitPresent qualified candidates to clients with thorough and professional candidate summariesCoordinate interview scheduling, preparation, feedback collection, offer management, and onboarding activitiesMaintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Candidate Experience & Relationship Management Serve as a career advisor and advocate throughout the hiring processSet clear communication expectations and provide consistent updates throughout the recruitment cycleBuild meaningful relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals, motivations, and long-term aspirationsPrepare candidates for interviews and assist with offer negotiationsConduct regular follow-up conversations during onboarding and after placement to support retention and long-term successEnsure no active candidate goes more than five business days without communication Client Partnership & Account Management Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to client organizationsMaintain ongoing communication regarding recruiting activity, market conditions, candidate pipelines, and hiring progressConduct job intake meetings and gather detailed hiring requirementsProvide consultative recommendations regarding compensation, market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategiesDeliver regular updates on search progress and candidate activityBuild strong client relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and exceptional service Bullhorn & Recruiting Operations Accurately maintain candidate, client, job order, and activity records within Bullhorn CRM/ATSDocument all candidate and client interactions in real timeEnsure every conversation includes: Updated notesA documented next stepA scheduled follow-up task Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruiting forecastsUtilize AI tools and recruiting technology to improve efficiency, communication, sourcing, and documentationSchedule and manage follow-up communications, interview touchpoints, and placement retention activitiesGenerate weekly recruiting forecasts and activity reports Business Development & Growth Support business development efforts through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market researchContribute to client growth and account expansion opportunitiesIdentify new hiring opportunities within existing accountsParticipate in service calls, client visits, networking events, and community engagement activitiesCollaborate with sales and recruiting teams to achieve branch and regional growth goals What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredOne or more years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, account management, or related experienceStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProfessional verbal and written communication skillsExperience using ATS, CRM, or recruiting software systems preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and business technology platformsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamPassion for helping people and creating positive outcomes What Makes Someone Successful at Zing?
