ABA Recruiter for Children Making Strides Full Time (40 Hours) Location: Greenville, SC At Children Making Strides, we are committed to providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families across multiple states. As we expand our clinical teams, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused ABA Recruiter to help us bring on exceptional talent. Position Summary The ABA Recruiter will be responsible for owning the full‑cycle hiring process for clinical roles supporting our South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson) and Georgia (Atlanta‑area, Augusta, Cumming) locations. This is a full‑time, primarily in‑person role based in Upstate SC, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities Source, screen, and manage candidates for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT openings across Upstate SC and Greater Atlanta, GA Build and maintain consistent candidate pipelines across both markets through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership in each region Manage candidate communication and experience from first contact through offer Track recruiting metrics and pipeline status by market, and report regularly on hiring progress Partner with HR and clinical leadership on job postings, compensation guidance, and offer details Coordinate with recruitment team for onboarding processes Represent CMS at job fairs, university partnerships, and local networking events in SC and GA as needed Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred) Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and openings across multiple markets simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Self‑starter who can work independently while staying aligned with team goals Based in or able to regularly work on‑site in the Upstate SC area (Greenville/Spartanburg) What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to play a key role in CMS's continued multi‑state growth Supportive, mission‑driven team culture Competitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off 401k (with up to a 4% match) If you are a driven and relationship‑focused recruiter with a passion for ABA therapy, we encourage you to apply to this exciting opportunity.
