Client Services Representative

DIRECT PLACEMENT In West Des Moines, Iowa + SIGN ON BONUS!! Job Description: Responsibilities Answer an average of 45‑55 inbound calls per day, handling requests ranging from simple to complex inquiries from clients and financial professionals. Receive extensive customer‑service, product, and system training to stay current with operational policies, new products, and procedures. Receive and process requests from agents, policy owners, and third parties via incoming calls. Educate customers on Athene products and answer questions related to product changes, tax consequences, state regulations, claims, etc. Provide information regarding individual policies, including beneficiary information, explanation of values, terms, and conditions. Ensure and document the appropriate response to each question, ranging from simple to moderately complex. Process a variety of transactions, including address changes, beneficiary changes, partial withdrawals, replacements, ownership changes, and more. Formulate correspondence with customers through various communication channels and take initiative to be a solution seeker. Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of West Des Moines, IA.
