Responsibilities Develop, consult, and retain clients interested in purchasing insurance through the agency. Subscribe to a needs‑based sales process and always work with clients in a professional and ethical manner. Utilize proprietary web‑based software and basic computer programs. Qualifications Previous insurance experience. Licensed in at least Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health lines of insurance. Solid skill set and understanding of business development, including business networking and community involvement.
