Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide live support to the clinical team, focusing on identifying and de-escalating potential risks associated with client treatment, ensuring immediate interventions are enacted as necessary.

• Take the lead on escalation procedures to emergency services when warranted, especially in cases where clients are at risk of harm and mandatory reporting is required.

• Regularly inform clinical leads of new safeguarding risks, actively participating in the development of strategies to mitigate such risks in client care.

• Maintain a solid understanding of current safeguarding policies, integrating them into daily practice while highlighting any barriers or challenges in implementation to relevant stakeholders.

• Engage in continual monitoring of treatment outcomes, collecting client feedback and insights, and making informed recommendations for improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.
