Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and identify mental health disorders, alongside the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions with clients to provide counseling and support, navigating both individual and group therapy settings effectively.

• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans in response to evolving needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists, making timely referrals to ensure holistic care for clients with complex mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
