Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior architectural staff and production team members.
- Delegate drafting and production tasks effectively while monitoring progress and maintaining accountability.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth, communication, and project success.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Studio Directors to support staffing, scheduling, and production workflows.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings, redline reviews, and project planning discussions.
Construction Administration & Client Support
- Serve as a technical resource during permitting and construction phases.
- Review contractor submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and field reports for compliance with design intent and project documentation.
- Address building department comments and coordinate drawing revisions as required.
- Participate in site visits, consultant meetings, and owner/client coordination meetings as Forum’s representative.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining strong consultant, contractor, and client relationships.
Technical & Professional Expectations
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, detailing standards, and building systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and other production/documentation software utilized by Forum.
- Maintain awareness of project deadlines and proactively communicate scheduling concerns or coordination challenges.
- Uphold Forum’s standards for organization, communication, responsiveness, and technical quality.
Qualifications
Required

Preferred
- Experience in multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial project types.
- Construction administration experience.
- Progress toward architectural licensure or interest in pursuing licensure.
- Experience coordinating consultant teams and mentoring junior staff.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Produces coordinated, high-quality documentation with minimal oversight.
- Keeps project teams organized, responsive, and aligned with deadlines.
