Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary Child and Family team meetings to assess and plan effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and manage regular updates and discharge reports in accordance with agency guidelines and timelines.

• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, ensuring the secure management and maintenance of all client records.

• Utilize your diagnostic skills to identify and address the psychological needs of children and adolescents, implementing appropriate interventions based on contemporary practices.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve therapeutic approaches and stay informed about industry advancements.

• Foster relationships of trust and empathy with clients, using therapeutic techniques to facilitate meaningful conversations and breakthroughs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The incumbent will work predominantly with children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. You will collaborate closely with families, empowering them with the skills and resources needed to support their loved ones and enhance their overall familial relationships. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
