EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- High School Diploma; technical training preferred
- 1-3 years experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or administrative coordination
- Experience with data management, and inventory tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with regulated environments
- Manage intake and processing of returned devices, tracking up to 1,400 units weekly
- Organize and document return data using Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate device disposition, including routing to quality or scrap
- Maintain accurate inventory and audit return activities
- Support FDA-regulated operational procedures
