Urology opening in Passaic, NJLocated in Passaic, NJ - New York City 15 milesFull-time; PermanentHospital-Employed2026 Start Date IdeallyOverview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist Opportunity to build a comprehensive urology practice within a community hospital Mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical care Established referral network with strong primary care support Collaborative medical staff and supportive administrative leadership Opportunity to grow and expand urology services---Clinical Details: Diagnose and manage conditions including BPH, nephrolithiasis, urinary tract disorders, urologic malignancies, and male reproductive health conditions Perform urologic procedures and surgeries consistent with training and privileges Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient follow-up care Participate in shared call coverage Collaborate with primary care, hospitalists, emergency medicine, oncology, and other specialties Maintain documentation within electronic medical record systems Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives---Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $425,000 - $475,000 Productivity and quality incentive opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance and CME time Paid time off and holidays Malpractice provided with tail coverage---Requirements: MD or DO Completion of accredited Urology residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for New Jersey medical license Eligible for DEA registration Strong clinical and communication skills---About the Area:Passaic, NJ is located approximately 15 miles from New York City and offers convenient access to one of the most vibrant metropolitan areas in the country.
