Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview Seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities Assist in directing nursing care for the unit, delegate tasks to staff, and monitor performance. Observe patients for physical and mental changes, report symptoms, and notify physicians of emergencies or changes in patient condition. Implement physician orders and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Valid nursing license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Ability to work as a charge nurse and assist during emergencies. Commitment to providing quality geriatric nursing care, with current CPR certification and participation in ongoing training.
