Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a caring environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing nursing services for a designated unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Delegate tasks to nursing staff and monitor their performance. Observe patients for symptoms or reactions, noting any adverse changes in physical or mental condition. Notify physicians of emergencies or patient deaths and implement changes in orders as directed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with renewal proof every other year. Willingness to serve as a charge nurse and work during emergencies to ensure adequate coverage. Ability to deliver quality nursing care, follow physician orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing. Annual CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
