Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for assisting in nursing services, supervising staff, monitoring patient conditions, and communicating with physicians. Responsibilities Assist in directing nursing care under RN supervision. Delegate duties to nursing staff and monitor their performance. Observe patients for symptoms or reactions indicating health changes. Notify physicians of emergencies or patient status changes. Implement physician-ordered changes and perform assigned duties. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Current, valid LPN license from the appropriate state board. Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage. Ability to deliver quality patient care, follow medical orders, and demonstrate genuine interest in geriatric nursing. CPR certification renewed annually. Participation in in-service training and staff meetings. Additional Info: Background checks and a drug-free workplace are required.
