Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care within the Alcohol Detox Unit at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) . This 13-week contract is suited for an RN with a strong acute care background.
Position Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Openings: 2 Full-time RNs
1 Day Shift RN
1 Night Shift RN
Schedule: Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts
Weekends & Holidays: As needed
Pay: Starting at $38.95, Pay rates will be determined by experience.
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university; or
Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university
Experience
Must have at least 2 years of acute care hospital nursing experience in Medical-Surgical care
Certifications
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Licensure
Valid nursing license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
