• ment.Prepare financial analyses, variance reporting, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-ma

• king.Oversee corporate operating expenses and ensure proper accounting treatment under U.S.

• GAAP.Lead the quarterly G&A expense forecasting pro

• cess.Analyze financial data and business trends to provide meaningful insights to senior leader

• ship.Manage and develop both onshore and offshore accounting teams across multiple time z

• ones.Partner with external auditors, internal audit, and tax teams throughout the audit and reporting c

• ycle.Lead and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, capital transactions, accounting projects, and finance transformation eff

• field.CPA or CA designation req

• uired.10+ years of progressive accounting exper

• ience.Combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience strongly pref

• erred.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management
\n
• role.Experience within financial services or investment management is pref
\n
• erred.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal con
\n
• trols.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle F
\n
• usion.Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a
\n
• plus.Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency is pref
