Location: Indiana

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required.

Job Description: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing specialized therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support recovery from severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and rehabilitation process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2+ years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (highly preferred).
• Experience with adult patient populations, including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic conditions.
