Construction Billing & Compliance Manager

AirFlow Dynamics Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-driven Office/Account Manager to support our operations in New York, NY. This role will manage billing, accounting, payroll, and insurance compliance while working closely with the project management team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in office management and a strong understanding of construction administration. The position starts fully in-office with potential for a hybrid schedule after onboarding.
