Responsibilities Audit invoice for accuracy and proper coding; ensure internal approvals are obtained. Maintain accurate vendor records. Assist with general ledger support, including journal entries and reconciliations (e.g., cash accruals, prepaids, fixed asset depreciation). Contribute to month‑end close activities and assist with internal and external audits. Support adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance procedures. Work independently, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Assist with other general accounting and reporting tasks as needed. Qualifications 3–5 years of AP or accounting experience in a corporate setting; healthcare industry experience preferred. AA or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Clear and professional communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally and with external vendors. Advanced Excel/MS Office skills are must.
