What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU, supporting high-acuity newborns
• Manage daily care in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and interventions
• Support newborn stabilization, discharge planning, and family education
• Document care activities accurately and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Work in a newly renovated, modern hospital environment delivering patient-centered care

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license in Georgia or ability to obtain
• Prior experience in neonatal or NICU settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
