In this pivotal role, you will oversee high-impact infrastructure programs that support the safe and reliable transport of energy resources. This is an opportunity to influence strategic asset investments, advance operational performance, and help clients navigate an evolving regulatory and energy landscape while delivering results that extend well beyond project completion.What You'll Do:Manage all aspects of gas infrastructure project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measuresServe as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areasLead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the teamPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsTrack and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standardsPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are metWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including 8 years of project management experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferredProven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processesExperience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contractsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredAbility to travel as neededWhy You'll Love It Here:Play a key role in advancing natural gas infrastructure that powers communities and supports dependable energy deliveryWork alongside industry experts on high-impact projects that strengthen system performance, integrity, and operational excellenceBuild expertise across a diverse portfolio of transmission and distribution initiatives shaping the future of energy infrastructureCurious about the impactful work our Gas Team is doing? Salary Range:$150,000 - $165,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
