Position Summary Feeser's is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and business partners. As the face of our organization, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who enters our facility. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to receptionist responsibilities, this position provides administrative support across departments and assists with customer transactions, data entry, and communication. Essential Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Greet and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and guests. Provide excellent customer service while exercising sound judgment and professionalism. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Take and distribute messages accurately and efficiently. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence. Coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries. Respond to administrative inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department. Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and petty cash management. Process customer pickup orders. Collect and process cash, check, and credit card payments. Print invoices and maintain accurate transaction records. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer information and interactions. Communicate customer concerns and operational issues to the appropriate internal teams. Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
