Description What You'll Engage In

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory analysesencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and additional specialtiesfollowing established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and proactively maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, train incoming staff or students, and uphold outstanding lab quality standards.
• Keep the lab environment clean and safe, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be earned within the first year of employment.
• Continuously maintain current certification throughout your time with us.
