Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, following established protocols meticulously.
• Ensure accuracy in result analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold strict lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation benchmarks.

Education Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
